Title: "SmDrug cocktails compressed in sandwich dressing is a young theory that cause wound healing in layer by layer treatment method.
To comprehend the biochemistry and pathology of wound healing specially in refractory wounds such as diabetic and bedsore ulcers lead us to manufacture smart and user-friendly sandwich dressings to treat wounds based on cyto-biochemisry and immunology.
Kinetic of drug releasing step by step in a logical model with several different mechanisms can reduce the risk of drug resistance and increase the healing rate in a wound and It could decrease the risk of loss of treatment by individuals.
Advances in drug "mixology" and cocktail manufacturing in sandwich form is interested because it can create novel applications and approaches for existing drugs in an ideal user-friendly treatment protocol.
To mix drugs together does not result the perfect expected effects. For instance, one drug can alert mechanisms in a cell when another clears. Problem has been solved in the new sandwich method by our research team in R&D department of BPI manufacturing company by drug releasing multilayer technique in combination of artificial and natural foams, nylon layers and non-woven fabrics, nanomaterials and drugs as well, to accelerate the healing processes in both healing and non-healing wounds.
Hemostasis, inflammatory and anti-bacterial, proliferative and maturation phases are considered as the main columns of healing processes.
The result on BALB/c mice will be disused in present plenary lecture.
